Summary

Supporting Activities
- Prepare tax deliverables, including:
- Tax Loss Harvesting Reports
- 1099 Requests/YTD investment gains and income
- Roth Conversions Projections
- Miscellaneous requests/calculations
- Tax-related financial planning reports
- Calling the IRS and state agencies to ask general questions
- Coordinate conversations with outside CPAs/tax professionals on client matters
- Research areas of opportunity and tax topics
- Maintain our tax planning engagement tracker and ensure clients are moving through the process
- Sit in client meetings to take notes on client questions or answer general tax related questions
- Capturing team tasks from meetings and adding to shared to-dos
- Assisting with Agenda Prep, data requests and Case Prep Review for Tax Team
- Responding to client inquiries for documentation, meeting times, meeting coordination and basic introductions
- Take on at least one research challenge/education initiative per quarter

- Develop a follow up and task completion system so items don’t fall through the cracks
- Strong written communication skills
Requirements
- Certified Public Accounting (CPA)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ Years of Accounting, Financial or Banking Experience
- Working knowledge of taxation. Experience preparing returns would be a plus.
