From there, we dive into the key laws and regulations that affect the workplace, like the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and anti-discrimination rules. We break it down into real talk: what you need to know, and how to avoid mistakes.
One of the core sections focuses on preventing harassment and discrimination. We explore what it looks like in everyday situations and how to handle things if you see it happening. The goal is to empower people to speak up and create an inclusive, respectful workplace.
To keep things engaging, we use real-world examples, interactive discussions, and even some role-playing scenarios if we can solicit some willing audience participants!
